This Privacy Policy explains how Stormcrest, Inc. ("Stormcrest," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game OVERTHROW: Legacy (the "Game") and the website at stormcrest.com (the "Site"). We built the Game to respect your privacy. It is a single player game that works offline, and we designed it to collect as little information as possible.
The Game does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information to play. If you choose to contact us for support or to report a bug (for example, through our community server), you may voluntarily share information such as your device model, the app version, and a description of the issue. We use that information only to answer you and to fix problems.
The Game saves your progress, settings, and in game history locally on your device using standard on device storage. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to Stormcrest. Removing the Game, or clearing its data, removes this information.
The Game offers optional in app purchases (for example, in game currency and premium unlocks). These transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Stormcrest does not receive or store your credit card number or other payment details. Apple may share with us limited, non payment information needed to deliver and support a purchase, such as a confirmation that a purchase was made. Apple's handling of your payment and account information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you use Apple Game Center, the Game can submit scores and achievements to leaderboards so you can compare your results with other players. Game Center is an Apple service, and the player identity, nickname, and related data shown on leaderboards are managed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can turn Game Center on or off in your device settings. If you do not sign in to Game Center, leaderboards simply will not be available, and your progress is unaffected.

The Game does not display third party advertising and does not use third party advertising identifiers. We do not use third party analytics or tracking software development kits to profile you. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Game is rated for a teen and older audience. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Because your game data lives on your device, you control how long it is kept. Any information you send us for support is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Game is offered from the United States. If you use the Game from outside the United States, any limited information you choose to send us may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this address. Significant changes may also be noted in the Game or on the Site. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
